Physical product will be delivered to the customer’s requested location as quickly as possible. The manufacturers and suppliers we utilize generally have good turn-around and notify us in advance of delays.
Custom software delivery is determined by the contract and will be delivered on time per the contract date. It may be necessary during the contract to extend the deadline. Extensions will be discussed with the customer in advanced to determine direction.
