Refund/Return Policy

Refunds

Products sold by ITSC are refundable to that customer for the following reasons:

  • Product does not work or dead-on-arrival
  • Product not delivered to customer as contracted
  • Product does not meet guaranteed timeline
  • Customer requests a refund (a 10% re-st0cking fee may apply)

All refunds are returned to the original purchasing account at 100% of the purchase price, unless otherwise noted above.  Shipping, handling, and service fees are not refundable under this policy.

Returns

To return a product, please contact us for a RMA number.  Depending on your contract with us, you may also receive a prepaid shipping label for the product and will be notified if applicable.

Returns sent to our office without a RMA number will be rejected and sent back.
